Utilify Mobile App
Overview
Utilify makes bill payments and everyday utilities simple. They had a web product, but no mobile app. My role was to translate that service into a pocket-sized experience — clear, fast, and built for daily use.
Approach
I stripped the platform to its essentials: what people use most, and how quickly they need it. From there, I designed a flow that minimized friction — fewer taps, cleaner screens, a hierarchy that guides without shouting. Every choice pointed back to function, while keeping the visual language consistent with Utilify’s brand.
The final design gave Utilify its first mobile presence: a straightforward app where transactions feel natural, not like tasks. It sharpened the user experience and expanded the brand’s reach beyond desktop.
